Customer Services
0800 333 666

1. What data does the vehicle status include?

The service shows you your vehicle's current mileage, the remaining range and the next service or oil change.

2. How up-to-date is the data in the display?

The display is usually up-to-date. When you switch off the ignition, the last current status is transmitted automatically. If you would like a more up-to-date status, you can request it with the "Update" button on the web portal or app at any time.

Please note that your vehicle will use electrical energy from the 12-volt vehicle battery in order to transmit up-to-date data at the time of your request. Sending requests on a regular basis when the ignition is switched off will discharge the 12-volt vehicle battery.

To help protect the 12-volt vehicle battery, the number of requests that can be sent when the ignition is switched off is limited.

3. The display in the vehicle is different from the display in the app. What could be the cause of this?

Normally, the vehicle automatically sends the latest data to the Car-Net server as soon as the ignition is switched off. However, in certain circumstances, the vehicle may not have a data connection when the ignition is switched off, e.g. because it is located in an underground car park or in dense forest. For this reason, the Car-Net server may not have access to the latest data to send to the app or the web portal.
