In order that you can use the mobile online services from anywhere, set up your personal Car-Net account now and then register your vehicle. Here you can find a step-by-step guide to setting up an account.

1. Which doors are included in the door status display?

The statuses of all doors, the tailgate/bootlid and the bonnet are shown to you. The different statuses show whether the doors are open or closed, and whether the vehicle is locked or unlocked. A lock symbol indicates that the vehicle is locked.

2. Which lighting is included in the status display?

With regard to the lighting, the statuses of all external lights are shown to you. The interior lighting is not taken into account.

3. Can I switch off the lights or lock the vehicle using the app or the web portal?

You will not be able to lock the doors or switch off the lights using the app or on the web portal.
