The use of Car-Net mobile online services varies by country. To access these services, your e-vehicle must be located in one of the countries listed below. The Car-Net e-Remote app is available on Internet-enabled smartphones and can be used in any other country as soon as you have successfully connected to the Internet. Note: Depending on your mobile phone contract, you may incur roaming fees when using Internet services abroad.

Based on the GPS technology used, the position is usually correct within 5 to 10 metres. However, this data may be affected by a number of different factors. As a result, the system can never guarantee that the position is precise. The level of GPS reception can be an influential factor. For example, if the vehicle is in an underground car park, there will not be any reception.
Yes, the app shows you the quickest route to your vehicle, saving you the time you would normally need to find it.
Yes, the vehicle will also transmit its last parking position if you are abroad. Provided that the mobile data option is activated on your smartphone, you can check the position using the app as normal.
Please note that using your smartphone's mobile data while you are abroad may incur high roaming fees.
Normally, the vehicle automatically sends the latest data to the Car-Net server as soon as the ignition is switched off. However, in certain circumstances, the vehicle may not have a data connection when the ignition is switched off, e.g. because it is located in an underground car park or in dense forest. For this reason, the Car-Net server will not have access to the latest data to send to the app or the web portal.
No, unless you have activated other any authorised users in the portal, no-one else will be able to see your last parking position.
